What We Do

Whatever your project needs, our team is committed to bring your desired concept in line with your budgetary needs. We take pride in seeing all of our projects come to fruition. We are proud to be able to contribute to acquisitions throughout the brokerage community. We believe in the importance of bridging the gaps between the client, the seller, and the broker to collectively get the deal done.

We place great emphasis on cultivating solid relationships with every client. The result from this thinking is a collective long lasting relationship. Every solution is tailored to accommodate our clients’ needs and we endeavor to over deliver throughout the design and construction process.

What our customers are saying

“Andy Donato and the Donato Group bring an old school approach while also being at the forefront of today’s construction trends and technology.  Their staff is very knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and property maintenance requirements.  During our build out, Andy invested countless time and energy to make sure our plans were in order and that our needs were being met before ever being awarded our project.  That type of commitment is hard to find these days, but as I learned throughout our project, the Donato Group always puts their client first and that truly sets them apart.  Andy and his team helped us navigate every challenge by providing solutions instead of simply presenting problems, and their guidance and expertise proved to be invaluable as they finished our project on time and on budget.  Donato Group was fully invested in our project and I would highly recommend that anyone consider using their services.”

GTJ Inc. design build of a 60,000 square foot office warehouse headquarters relocation in St. Clair Shores. Floors are shaved polished concrete with the open ceiling collaborative environment feel in the team room.

Headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, Secure-24 has 14 years of experience delivering managed IT operations, application hosting and managed cloud services to enterprises worldwide. We redesigned and constructed their interior space focusing on an open collaborative workspace.

Since its founding by Henry Sherwin and Edward Williams in 1866, The Sherwin-Williams Company has not only grown to be the largest producer of paints and coatings in the United States, but is among the largest producers in the world. By remodeling the interior and exterior of this Michigan store, we are helping its image remain relevant in the community.

Detroit Trading Company is located on Forth Street in downtown Detroit. Donato Group stripped the 4th floor reestablishing it’s original grandeur. This process uncovered a maple hardwood floor over a tongue and groove Douglas Fir subfloor of which is now visible on the ceilings below on each floor. The building is one of the initial steel superstructures built in the early part of the 1900’s.

After unveiling the combination of industrial, modern, and natural reclaimed woods, Lusk and Albertson’s new office is the perfect example of a beautiful downtown renovation feel. The views are amazing in their new downtown location in Detroit across from the Renaissance Center. We could not be more excited to bring this collaborative workspace concept to fruition.

The Downtown Boxing Gym is a nonprofit organization that helps Detroit kids realize the importance of academics and good role models. We assisted this amazing organization in selecting a new home and then renovating the boxing gym into a cool and vibrant facility in which Coach Khali Sweeney, it’s Founder and Program Director continues to change the lives of the youth in Detroit.
